We initially identified three ICF contractors to interview and get quotes from for our large, multi-year project.  ICF Specialties was the first.  We liked their vision, vast ICF build experience, use and exploration of new technologies, flexibility to be ok with us doing some of the work and bottom line, we really liked the people.  We stopped there and chose them to be our contractor and build partner and never regretted that decision.  This is a true family-run business with members responsible for all aspects of the business. They helped us with our design, modifying it to fit the specific block that we were going to use, and added details along the way.  “The Devil is in the detail” as the saying goes, and Ed suggested corrections to  our design as well as offering unique features or trick ideas!
